Kayla previously put out a video discussing “healthier” alcohol choices. It was directed towards summertime, but I think it highly applies now as we approach New Years Eve. Below is a link to that video, where she gives some great recommendations. If you do choose to partake in alcohol for New Years, or any other time, please please do so responsibly and just know there are going to be some trade offs you’ll experience physically and probably mentally. Have fun, but be smart, or have an accountability partner who will help you make good choices. I have also included some very easy, fun drink recipes- one loaded, and the rest mocktails. Enjoy! -Coach Tish

Sparkling mineral water

*Add your favorite electrolyte mix to sparkling mineral water to make a tasty, hydrating spritzer!
